WE ARE Raffle Rules & Guidelines

Eligibility

Participants must be at least 18 years old to purchase a raffle ticket. Tickets can be purchased by residents of the U.S. only. Employees of WE ARE, their immediate families, and individuals directly involved in organizing the raffle are not eligible to win.

Ticket Purchase

Each ticket is $20. Tickets will be available for purchase online only from December 1, 2024, to December 24, 2024, at 11:59 PM EST. No limit on the number of tickets an individual can purchase.

Drawing and Notification

Winners will be randomly drawn on December 28, 2024 and announced on the WE ARE website and social media platforms. Winners will be notified via email or phone using the contact information provided at the time of purchase. Winners must claim their prizes within 30 days of the drawing or forfeit the prize.

Prizes

There are 12 raffle baskets available, each valued between $3,000 and $6,500. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items. WE ARE is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged prizes once they are claimed.

Use of Proceeds

All proceeds from the raffle will directly support the mission of WE ARE: Women Entrepreneur Asheville Recovery Endeavor, funding grants and mentorship for women-owned businesses in Asheville and Western North Carolina impacted by Hurricane Helene.

Legal Compliance

This raffle is conducted in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Ticket purchases are tax-deductible through AVLHATCH Foundation’s 501C3 Void where prohibited by law.

Miscellaneous

By purchasing a raffle ticket, participants agree to abide by these rules. WE ARE reserves the right to modify or cancel the raffle at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
